I have been to Dr. Painter's Office numerous times in the past. The staff is kind and respectful. The Doctor is fantastic! The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Painter to anyone who feels they would benefit from a great chiropractor!!

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication? Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
