Painted Tulip is outstanding! I had my upper and lower eyes done. It looks natural and enhances my eyes significantly. Surprisingly, it really didn't hurt much; the numbing ointment worked. I recommend Painted Tulip - a trusted, excellent place for permanent make-up.
Love love love my permanent eyebrows and upper lid eye liner! No more drawing them on each day and accidentally wiping all or a portion of them off! They look natural and no one would know they are tattooed on unless I tell them, but I love bragging about them! I would encourage anyone who has lost Brows or wants the convenience of enhancing them to call Melissa and set up a consultation. Her shop is lovely and professional and you will be happy you did!
