I had been a loyal customer here for years, but my most recent visit was nothing short of insulting. When I asked for my favorite polish color, Christine immediately brushed me off, saying they didn’t have it, and was hesitant to even hand me the catalog. My first time getting nails—they were so incredibly patient and were so incredibly kind throughout. Super experienced, felt right at home getting my nails done here. I’m definitely coming back in the future! Formula 1 fans, get your nails done here 🫡

If i could give it a 0 star rating i would. I am so incredibly disappointed in my experience. I was not planning to write this review, but what has happened was my last straw. To begin, I called in and asked for an appointment specifically for acrylic nails. When I came in, they let me know the person who usually does them are out, claiming that I asked for gel.
