Carmen took the idea I had in my head and put it on paper and then on my shoulder. I LOVE my tattoo. It is more beautiful than I could ever have imagined! Carmen was great to work with, she corresponded with me beforehand on fb, getting ideas about my style. She made the whole experience fun! I will definitely come back to Painted Lady for any more tattoos I get and will recommend them to all of my friends!
