Received package today in walla walla, every piece of meat was soft. Called the company and they blamed the shipper out of seattle. No customer service period. She asked me if I wanted a credit instead of taking care of the problem. No follow up after ordering other then they received the order. She wanted to know if I opened it up to smell it, REALLY NO MORE In addition to this post, we had the two porterhouse and they were perfect. The others are in my freezer so we will see.
