Do not move here, this building is infested of cockroach
The security guard today around 2 pm does not how to talk and shouts and argue a lot. The incident was I pressed intercom to get in and he stating to shouting at me that i pressed the button twice why didn’t you come first. This is not how you react rather you could have explained politely. This is pathetic service from the security guard
Not well managed. PM isn't very nice. Elevators are out constantly. Frequent fire alarm issues. Hot water problems right now.
