Friendly staff. Very happy with my nails
I always have a great service here. The online booking system makes it easy to get an appointment, and they always make it work if you change your mind about what you want. The staff are polite and nice and offer helpful advice. After trying a few places, this is now the only salon I use to get my nails done and I’ve recommended them to friends.
The man doing my manicure was rude and hostile. Got angry with for ‘doing it wrong’ and got very rough with me. Then tried to charge me for an additional service I didn’t have. It was such a disappointment as I’ve been a few times before and never had an issue so hopefully this was a one off.
This is my usual salon, I go every two weeks and every single time the service is 10/10: friendly people, amazing cuticle precision, hand and feet massage... overall great, cannot recommend enough!
Went on my lunch break for a gel manicure - fantastic nails and lovely staff. Will be my new regular spot!
