This was a horrible and extremely disappointing experience. I paid £68 for a full set of nails, yet two broke the next day and two more within a week, which is completely unacceptable. I requested a partial refund (even just £15) as I would not be returning to London, but was told only repairs were possible. When I explained this, the staff became rude and dismissive. Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating experience. This is one of the worst services I have ever paid for in London. I paid £68 for my girlfriend to get her nails done at this salon, expecting at the very least a professional and durable result. Instead, the nails broke the very next day — literally the day after the appointment. At that time, we were already travelling and had flown to Barcelona. Extremely poor quality and zero accountability. Completely disappointing experience. I chose this salon expecting professional workmanship, especially given the price. Unfortunately, the result was shocking. One of the nails snapped within 24 hours of the appointment — not after heavy use, not after any accident, just normal daily activity. Staff here are absolutely rude, dismissive and aggressive. I was held hostage my the man and woman because they try to charge me more money. When I refused to pay £5 extra for a poor service after the woman had become verbally aggressive, things took a turn for the worse. I requested their names to file an official complaint with ombudsman but was refused. The man physically assaulted me and locked me in the salon and physically restrained me. Best nails I have ever had. I got builder gel and cats eye gel polish on my natural nails, and they did a fantastic job. The guy who did my nails took time in prepping them and then made sure each nail was done properly. This nail set lasted me 30 days and still was not lifting or tarnishing.
