Juvenal Orozco came by to give me an estimate for replacing some rotted wood on the eaves and the front step posts. It was much lower than other handyman/contractors. He also pointed out some other things that should be done. After I got a few more estimates, I decided on him, and when he got here, I decided to have him do the other things, too. Juvenal and his crew helped correct structural issues due to water damage, they corrected drainage issues and then essentially rebuilt part of my house. They were great craftsman, hard workers and they cleaned up every day. On top of that it was a great price too, way better than some other local businesses.
Project was 2 level deck which required complete redo of underlying framing, and planter boxes. They were timely, professional and fairly priced - and solved several unanticipated problems. Have already recommended them to others in our community.
