skilled nail techs (apex creation, dry file similar to russian mani. angela is the best!) quite pricey though + they always try to sell package deals/get me to renew mine every time, even though I already bought one… scheduling is a bit challenging/limited flexibility- they’re usually booked out far in advance. $50 same day cancelation fee would recommend this place if you want to splurge on a nice cat eye or milky jelly mani! chinese and english speaking

I recently visited Paint Nail Beauty Spa West San Jose with my wife while she was getting her nails done, and we were absolutely blown away by their creativity. With the World Cup kicking off, the salon has put together some beautiful World Cup-themed nail designs. It’s the only place I know in Bay Area that does Asian style deep cleaning. Super relaxing if you enjoy ear spa experience. A bit pricey unless you do a package.

Overall, I’m happy with how my nails turned out — the final result looked nice and the salon itself was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that communication with the nail technician was a little difficult at times, so it took a few tries to explain exactly what I wanted. Aside from that, the experience was good overall. Would still consider coming back in the future.
