Extremely Rude woman working at the counter. If this is how she treats customers, they'll be out of business fast. It was Empty when I walked into this salon. She rudely said if I didn't have an appointment I couldn't get my nails done even though it's advertised on their website that they take walk ins. Then she rudely yelled as I was walking out the door "We're very popular!". I'll Never return.

I made 2 reservations online for my mom (81 years old) and myself. I received an email confirmation with our times. We show up and were told we were an hour and a 1/2 apart. I showed her the email. The manager turned the computer around told us to look at the schedule to somehow prove the problem. I said why would I be looking at your booking system. I don’t work here. I have been going here for quite some time. I always have a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! Tatialy usually does my nails and she is phenomenal! I recently ruined one of my nails and they were so great about getting me right in to get it fixed . I highly recommend Polished Palm!!

Jessica is my go-to person. She’s very talented and has a very sweet personality. We hit it off right from the start . The salon itself is always clean and the staff seems quite happy and friendly.
