This place was so awesome... I was so happy that I finally found a nail salon that provided friendly, professional, and high-quality service. Sadly, the owner has decided to close their doors because she disagrees with franchise policy. How disappointing. I have no idea what policies she does not agree with, but what I do know is she left a lot of customers and all of her employees dangling in the wind. I have been a loyal customer here for over a year & Mariah, the receptionist is usually the one that's at the salon & she's amazing. The owner, Elyse on the other hand isn't the greatest, it's seems like she doesn't know how to handle her business while she's there. She had charged me regular price knowing I had credit from my monthly membership payment. I had called her regarding this matter & she said she had to look into it.
