This is the best nail salon in Cleveland. Best team and best services. I love the cute and trendy shop and the upbeat music they play.
Not happy with the service i got.... i am truly disappointed with the service...
My friend and I came this past Wednesday 8/13 for mom's night out. We had great service while we were there and the technicians were both very nice. We left the salon and immediately drove to have dinner. Before we even left the restaurant a couple hours later my friend (who never gets pedicures) already had a large smudge on her big toe and then when I got home noticed polish had already chipped on my big toe as well. My assumption is the polish being used was old or maybe not good to begin with, but it is extremely frustra... read more
The nail service is always great but I cancelled my passport months ago and keep getting charged every few months. The staff has attempted to help but it has now happened 4 separate times.
