I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I booked an appointment without being informed of their day-of full service + tip charge for cancellations under 24 hours. This is a significant policy, and it was never communicated upfront—neither during booking nor via confirmation. When I called to discuss the charge, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. Everyone is friendly, but after 2 gel manis here, the skill of the techs is too inconsistent to gamble on. I don’t plant on returning. My first mani was fine. Took 1 hr 15 including previous gel removal, which is the advertised service time for a single color gel mani with removal. No notes. My second service was awful. I was getting a single color gel mani on bare natural nails, so the advertised service time was 1hr. After 1 hr and 30 min (!!!) of literally just painting, the tech had only applied 2 coats.
