-Paint chipping, after a week. -I stressed that proper cleaning and light sanding needing to be done. -He told me not to worry. Well…. here we are. -Messaged him to come back and fix it says he will but never shows. It’s been 3 weeks. Nothing. -messages back that he doesn’t feel this is his fault. He’s right. It’s mine for paying for this zero accountability even after stressing he should be sanding and cleaning areas before just slapping on some paint. It’s literally part of the job. Lazy
