I have been a patient of Dr. Johnson's for several years, and truly feel he understands the chronic conditions I have. He knows how to best treat them with using various modalities. He genuinely cares a great deal about his patients and wants the best outcome no matter the situation. I wouldn't change doctors unless I was forced to do so! I was very pleased with the level of care I received at PainMD. I had several procedures done by Dr. Johnson, and Dan, their RT. Both were very kind and patient with me and my many questions. I will definitely continue to see them for my pain management, and I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

Dr. Hemal Mehta is an outstanding doctor. He gets five stars from me. However, PainMD is not a company that I would recommend. It isn't a surprise to me that they are no longer in the S Network, the largest insurance network for providers. Either they were not approved by the network or they decided that they didn't want to deal with them, but the upshot is that as of 2017 they are attempting to convert to a cash business.
