Morgan is amazing! She is kind and helpful. She explained everything she was doing so I would be comfortable. She made sure I was ready to go before each piercing. She told me how to keep my piercings clean and when to return to get them shortened. My ear only hurt for a day or two and I got three piercings in one sitting. This was much to my surprise since my last set of three caused me a lot of pain for three months. She was great! I highly recommend her!
I have been to Painless Steel twice to get piercings done, both have been done by Jackie. She is very professional and made me feel totally at ease. I also got a tattoo done there as well. Cyrus was my tattoo artist. My tattoo is AWESOME! People comment on it all the time, the colors are perfect, it turned out just the way I wanted it to turn out. Great people and service! I am very happy with my new piercing and with my experience. I got my lip pierced there yesterday and was pretty nervous but I literally felt no pain at all (ironic because of the name) I don't think it my experience could have gone better!
