I had gotten a nose piercing done some where else and when I had problems with taking it out they were more than happy to help me and offer me advice for future piercings. Some of the nicest guys! I couldn't have appreciated it more.
Absolutely awesome people working there! My roommate and I got our seconds done on our earlobes and everyone there was so nice! We were both petrified and they helped us through it all! If you're looking for a great place to go with a great environment go here!

I had my nostril pierced several years ago, and it was horribly painful, so I've always been scared to get another piercing. I went in last night around 8:40 and Levi was awesome with showing me all the jewelry. I apologized several times for keeping them past close, but they were very gracious and helped me pick the right jewelry and explain everything. Was blatantly just rude. Kept interrupting me over all a very awkward and just plain terrible experience. This shop has gone down hill so much (and that's saying something). I wanted to support two shops in Sioux city but for now I'll only be supporting Maya's modifications.
Had Tanner add a cute flower jewel in my cartilage last Wednesday. It was the best piercing I've had done! I will definitely be back for others.
