My experience hasn't been that great, they're nice enough people but they are definitely not customer oriented, they never call you back even though they said they will call back in 24 hours, I would understand if they were busy but when I see them a lot they're standing behind the desk laughing and yukking it up. I definitely like the dental hygienist I had she was good. Other than that not impressed, I'll be looking for a new dentist next year, sure hope they can finish my crown this year, seeings how it's already paid for
Awesome awesome awesome. So friendly and attentive, answers all questions and concerns. I love this place and would recommend anyone that has a fear of dentistry to go here. They work within your budget too and discuss everything upfront so there is no surprises financially.

I highly recommend Painless Dentistry of Highland. The experience that I had with them was beyond my expectations. The staff is friendly, kind, and professional. They truly understand that going to the dentist is a stressful experience for so many, however they reach for the highest level of comfort and care to get you through it. The office manager is amazing and the team is exceptional. I will be recommending this office to all and for many years to come.
