I just received a letter from the Chardon Smile Office of this dental group, I have been a customer for a few years now . I have Liberty Dental insurance which is "in network" . In other words they will accept this insurance and accept the amount paid to them as final and all inclusive. But Dr Christopher Phillips DDS told me personally that the amount the insurance was willing to pay is not enough money for his service. This place is a joke. They like to shame you. Unprofessional excuse for a staff. Dr. does not show up for check ups after doing extensive dental work. If you’re thinking about giving them your money you will be sorely disappointed. I’d rather go have the homeless guy on the corner give me dental advice. Run, run, run!
