Very unprofessional company. They seem “nice” people, but it is horrible and terrible place!!!!!
A friend gave me the name and number to this place after my Dr. stop accepting my insurance so glad he did. Staff and Dr's are very nice.and concerned. Had a procedure yesterday and I am here to say that I've never felt better and able to get a good night's rest for a change. I will recommend this clinic to any and everyone that I encounter. Wish that I had 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐now there you go. Thanks Doc & Staff😎
I’ve been really happy with my experience at this clinic. Everyone in the office has been friendly and helpful, and the providers actually take the time to listen instead of making you feel rushed. I was nervous starting pain management, but they made the whole process feel comfortable and straightforward. The office is clean, appointments run pretty on time, and I feel like they genuinely care about helping people feel better. In full disclosure I didn't see the doctor, and probably will not because the office staff is a total mess! They told me that would text me the registration forms, etc.They never did nor would not respond to any attempts to follow up! In my experience usually when the front office staff is that unprofessional it's not a good sign! I therefore would be very reluctant to proceed with any treatment.
So glad I found this clinic. It can be over whelming with how many there is in the Tampa area. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful. They actually care. I have been 3 times now. Dr. Padalia is Awesome! He genuinely cares about his patients. Very knowledgeable and great with making sure you are comfortable. Highly recommended! I will be a patient moving forward with no hesitation!
