lack of communication and professionalism. they seem to think it's okay to cancel your appointment the same day hours before only and had you done this they would either stop seeing you or try and charge and there new policy for a secondary insurance or you will be responsible for the rest of what isn't covered which is ilegal and I told them so was called back with patient dismissal
