I am always so impressed by the kindness and concern shown by all the staff there; both medical and office. I have had several surgeries and have residual damage from being abused for many years. That is why I need pain meds and I am grateful I have these people to help me. They understand that I really do hurt and am not just a druggie. I love PTCOA. Everyone is friendly and they remember me, not so much with B. Hefley, maybe it's me. Not all personalities mesh and apparently we don't. The doctors are great. I would highly recommend PTCOA for help with pain.
Everyone is very nice and understanding I do miss Katrina
I have been with PTCOA since they started in Hot Springs or shortly after opening the office here. They have given me a better quality of life and Dr Jain is a great doctor. They care about their patients. Not sure who my new doctor will be but I hope I get 1 that stays. Tired of being bounced around.
