You let me down in February and didn't fill my Rx until it was 5 days past due. I picked up on the 7th. Now, since you guys didn't send in a refill, I have been pushed back to March 9. I will spend several days with no medicine AGAIN this month. Through no fault of my own, but I will be the one suffering from the neglect of someone simply doing their job.
Really nice guy always listens to me and helps get me on my feet again
For a routine follow up I was at the facility for 2 hours. The worst part was waiting without any updates. It was not until I came out of the room did things start happening. The kicker, it was a telehealth appointment! The two stars were for the nurse who is always pleasant and helpful, the practitioner doing her best to turn the situation as positive as possible and an office manager that seemed to take my health as well my experience and others to heart and task.
Everyone there is always very professional and caring to their patrons. Great group of people!
