I have never seen such a lack of communication in a facility. My wife was scheduled for a 10:00 am procedure. it is now 1:10 pm and she had not gone in yet. No one can state why. I am waiting for her in the waiting room. they took her back over an hour ago and said it would just be a few minutes! How can you be over 3 hours behind for a procedure set as one of your first appointments of the morning?!!!!! Why are you not making phone calls and rescheduling? Other people that had 10:00 appointments have not even come back yet!... read more
