The first visit was good. I delayed treatment until the holidays are over. I believe I can and will receive relief from chronic back pain, based upon the referral, the visit, and the research.
I had never been in pain treatment before and after a back injury, I was referred to PYLES. He prescribed me the medication as well as the dosage during my visit with Michelle at my first appointment. I gave them a list of my medications and dosages. My UA‘s were clean and I was required to come in every three weeks. She picked up all of my medication and would make a note. She asked me how my pain was and it wasn’t much different so she increased the dosage and told me to take it two hours apart from my other medication’s. ... read more
Staff are friendly and helpful. My only recommendation is for them to get seating that's more supportive for those who suffer from pain, especially back pain. Soft seating, couches maybe comfortable for guests at home, it's beautiful furniture. It's just not comfortable for someone who is suffering in pain in their back. Office staff greet you with smiles, very pleasant, friendly, kind. RN's are extremely kind, compassionate, and caring. The doctor is nice, kind, efficient, and always busy.
