Staff are friendly and helpful. My only recommendation is for them to get seating that's more supportive for those who suffer from pain, especially back pain. Soft seating, couches maybe comfortable for guests at home, it's beautiful furniture. It's just not comfortable for someone who is suffering in pain in their back. I posted something over the weekend regarding my visit with Dr. Pyle and it looks like they have deleted it. I see so many reviews that find him compassionate and he sent me away pretty much in tears accusing me of wanting narcotics. There was no reason nor is there ever to assume something like that without at least looking at my file.
