I went to Dr Hites shortly after my work injury. I was diagnosed with CRPS 1 in my right arm. After a few sessions my company put a lean on my workers comp. Bridgeville pain and spine receptionist stated they don't take my insurance and I would have to go elsewhere. I called my insurance and they stated they absolutely do take my insurance. I have been going to Pain and Spine for about 8 or 9 years and I am currently seeing Dr. Hites. He is fabulous!! He gives me extra time at my visit when needed. He is extremely compassionate and always answers any questions or concerns The office staff are very nice and welcoming. If I could change one thing, it would be to have my phone calls returned.
