Update… it was the insurance’s fault. Love Dr. B and his staff. They took great care of me today. I’ve been going here for a couple years now and have had nothing but great things to say about my care… until recently. I have new insurance and they made me pay as self pay and now won’t send me the needed info and codes to get reimbursed. I’ve been trying to get my $200 back from a February 1st 2024 appointment. This is a fantastic medical center and I would highly recommend their services. I left my old doctors office so that I could continue to see Dr.Patel as he is fantastic and very nice person overall. I have been seeing Jay for over a year and he's been fantastic and I would highly recommend asking for him if you go to the Mt.Airy office.
