Sure wish this was like most other states where your regular Doctor could write your pain meds. This really makes it a total pain. Also they cannot seem to keep help here. I do not like having to see someone different frequently. Cannot beleive it was so easy in California. Some doctors would write me a 6 month supply. First of all let me say I do not blame the pain care facilities, I blame the Oregon State Government.
I agree with previous statements regarding Jane. She was not friendly and didn't care my first few appointments. I had two series of shots which of course didn't work. I had another appointment December 7 with Jane regarding my last shot series; however, my insurance was not going to cover anything effective January 1, 2026. I told this to Jane and she was friendly this time and said she would push it through. My insurance authorized effective December 10. But I have Not received any calls and I could not get ahold of anyone... read more
I would not suggest Jane Sonnenberg or any other provider at Pain Specialists of Southern Oregon. Jane has history of treating patients with rudenes, being condescending, not listening and not providing adequate medical care. I wish I had read the reviews before accepting her as my provider. The organization either is not aware of how poorly she treats patients at times, or they don't care. I lean on this side since management chose not to return my calls or complaints.
