I can’t speak on care provided but customer service is absolutely horrible. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Appointment was at 2:30. But because we arrived at 2:17 and not 2:00 the provider wouldn’t see us. The provider wasn’t even available until 2:47 to tell us they wouldn’t see us (because they were busy with another patient). So now the pt will be in pain because of having to drive 45 minutes just to sit for 30 minutes before the provider said no. My first appointment was at 8:00 AM on May 19th, after waiting for a referral since January. I wasn't called back until 8:52 AM. While the doctor was polite, I left in more physical pain and feeling completely defeated. They recommended a surgery that my primary orthopedic surgeons had explicitly advised against until a much later stage, making the expensive co-pay a complete waste of money I couldn't afford. Years upon years of mris and X-rays 12 years of chronic pain and I’m being refused medication for pain because of my young age? I’m happy to mention I am retaining a lawyer and the doctors are being reported to the board of Oregon as I write this message. Do not come here if you expect good quality care.
