Really disappointed! I was referred here by my primary care doctor. I waited a week and since I hadn't heard from them, I called. I was told they were 3 weeks behind in referrals and I wasn't even in the system yet. At week 3, I got a call telling me there was an opening at another clinic in Perry. I drove there thinking I was finally going to get some relief. Instead, I filled out paperwork and they took my blood pressure to tell me they would call in a couple weeks. The team I have worked with for years led by Dr. Jolene Smith are the best! Dr.Smith is a brilliant miracle worker. Kelli always has solutions to offer and her empathy is unparalleled. Heidi is the most compassionate and most knowledgeable based nurse I’ve worked with. Office staff is always super helpful. I highly recommend this team if you have chronic pain.
Told to arrive at 11:30 for my appointment, came and was turned away because I wasn't there 30 minutes early and was told the doctor wasn't even there anymore. Whats the point of making an appointment time if you cant even be seen at your appointment time. The receptionist didn't care either. Lots of treatment but no results at all. Never spoke with an actual doctor…three procedures and it made conditions worse. Would never go back.
The scheduling is a nightmare. The treatment did not help. Dr Moyse agreed to refill my prescription, then would not sign for the refill despite numerous calls to the clinic.
