Dr. Mohan is professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I felt listened to and confident moving forward with my care. The entire staff was kind, welcoming, and efficient, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
Spare yourself the pain and frustration of doing business with this practice. The office staff is highly incompetent. They were given insurance cards at check in and lost them. I called several times after seeing the doctor for my 91 year old mother to get the next steps done for her epidural and they never call back or respond to the cardiologist office who also contacted them. Five stars for the team at Pain Specialists of Frisco! From the front to the back, everyone is amazing. Dr. Mohan is an expert in regenerative medicine and makes you feel right at home. The MAs Edrina, Jai, and Rahael are absolute rockstars who stay on top of everything with so much empathy. Combined with Sarita's sweet personality as a nurse, it’s just a great environment. I’m so glad I found this clinic!
