Let's begin...I called and was placed on hold for OVER 10 Minutes, no one ever switched over to apologize for the inconvenience or thank me for being patient. I was a Corporate Receptionist. Best place I've been to, caring and compassionate, everybody takes the time to know you and are treated more like a family than a patient, Jeffrey knows his stuff not only when it comes to pain management but far beyond that. Vivian is also top notch. Really bummed this place is closing. I wish everyone the best and am very appreciative to all of you.

My husband had severe arm pain and numbness stemming from a bulging disc in his cervical spine. Dr. Jeff and his staff were extremely helpful from the beginning when calling to schedule all the way to the end with visiting their practice and ultimately receiving the care he needed to help!
