The PSA Bastrop office with Dr Lo is a perfect example of medical malpractice and office failures. Dr Lo prescribed the wrong amount of a medication that I was taking and then tried to blame it on the office physician assistant. Dr Lo became extremely nervous when he learned of his mistake and really had no idea how to handle the situation. The Bastrop office is very simplistic in how they handle things and compares badly to other doctors office. The doctor was very professional very thorough and kind and interested in trying to see what she could do to give me the kind of help I needed she referred back to different things that had happened about 2 years ago or I should say to my situation two years ago when I came to visit she was very kind send genuinely interested in trying to help me
Dr. Ronald Parris and his team are absolutely amazing and make you feel very welcomed.
