I showed up to my second appointment, a two week follow-up and to read the results of x-rays. The office was locked, the lights were off at 10 am. I called the main phone line, was on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on. Then I was put on hold at least three more times. No one knew why the office was closed or what was going on.
