The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I was referred here by my physical therapist in the middle of March and over 6 weeks they continued to find reasons why they couldn’t make the appointment. First, it was their fax machine was down, then, their fax number was wrong. I got their new fax number, had my referral sent 3 more times after that, and still they “didn’t receive it”. It's been six days since my last appointment and I still don't my prescription and I am in agonizing pain, almost to the point of contemplating suicide. He doesn't care, doesn't listen, and doesn't follow through. Don't go to him.
