I’ve had a wonderful experience with this practice. Thanks to their care and physical therapy, I haven’t had hip or leg pain for several weeks. The entire team has been incredibly patient and understanding throughout my treatment. I’m very grateful for the excellent support and results.
My mother goes to this office for treatment for her back, including injections. Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently frustrating. Every time she has an appointment, she ends up waiting anywhere from two to three hours, often sitting in a cold room the entire time. It's unacceptable to be given a scheduled time and then be told to just wait for hours with no clear update.It feels like the office is overbooking patients, which causes these long waits. They don't have any time limitation. Minimum 2 hours you have to sit in there then they take you to the doctor room and again 30/40 min waiting time. After that doctor gonna give you 5min and come back after 1month. Same time they have 5/6 people's appointment. What is the reason it for. 3 hours i have to stay to see doctor for just 5min?? Thats crazy
Dr. Kogan, just started seeing him & a very good doctor. He pays attention to you while describing your problems. Went for my pain but still working on it. He is a good doctor.
