Unprofessional & Unkind. The staff does not listen to what you need or about the pain you are in. Try a medication if it doesn't work then try another medication without any regard for the side effects or the mental load the pain is causing. Go any where else but here. Find a doctor who cares and listens. Find a front office staff who smiles and actually enjoys helping people. I will never go back here after the awful service II received.

I am very happy with the care I get at Pain Solutions. Dr. Doherty is the best and I find all of the staff to be very professional and supportive.

My experience was unfortunate. I entered for my first appointment and said hello , gave my name to the receptionist who couldn't be bothered to say hi and literally said "insurance card and ID". The doctor was ok-not rushed. I filled out a release of medical records and then called 2 weeks later to inquire if they were received. At least two more weeks have passed. My spine and I will be seeking alternative care

I’m very disappointed with Pain Solutions. Every visit comes with an issue. Prescriptions sent to pharmacies that are sometimes far away from me, and I’m not even notified they sent prescriptions to the pharmacy(happened more than once). Communication is terrible — no updates, no clear messages. On top of that, I’ve taken time off work (losing money) to go to an appointment today, only to be told when I arrive that “we don’t have it” and I’ll need to come back another day.
