Having terrible posture and various pains - lower back, knees, neck, etc. - I decided to give Pain Solutions a try.... Wow - this has been beyond helpful. Linn is passionate, knowledgeable and an overall top ledge person. After many attempts to address my "issues" including MDs - my experience with Linn has been the most beneficial. Highly recommended.
I'm 64 years old and was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my right hip 2 years ago. (My right foot was causing me pain for a few years too.) I've tried several different things to help with my back pain caused by scoliosis and arthritis, but nothing worked to give me relief as well as fix the problem! After just one session with Linn at Pain Solutions I felt an ease in my movements and a balance in my posture that I've struggled to get because of the curve in my spine.
