I was with this office for about three years.And really did enjoy the interactions with the staff and the new doctor. The only reason I had to leave is because you're treated as a collective. There's one set of rules that everybody follows. I also found it hard to be seen when I had acute pain. I would call for an appointment for a trigger shot (if you're in pain management, you know) only to be told, there were no open appointments for more than 2/4 weeks. This is a very professional team of staff! The office staff always makes me feel comfortable and ready for my appointments, I appreciate each and every one of the team members at Pain Relief Center. Dr. Lynch and the rest of the injection staff is amazing and knows how to treat your pain management! This Is DONNIE FOSTER

I have been going here for 5 years. They always take great care of me. The staff is amazing.Dr k is amazing too. Thank you all for everything you do that makes my life better.

I would not recommend this place—not even to my worst enemy! Overall, U of L should be ashamed. Looking at the population inside and the conversations you hear, waiting 45 minutes over for a scheduled appointment is beyond insane. I went in for two procedures and noticed no sanitization was happening. I watched the staff throw a blanket over the table. There was no wiping or disinfecting! Again, I highly recommend avoiding the establishment.
