So far starting out horrible. I was sent here because u of l didn't want my Dr. Giving out pain meds. My Dr. Did everything he could to make sure my meds lasted until this place could start them. I should had started the 9th of this month. They weren't sent in til later. They changed my meds all around. And I need pa to even get them filled. My insurance said they could call so I could go on and get my meds. It hasn't happened. So I still don't have my meds. Don't know when I'll get them. It's really sad. I'm 62 and bad heal... read more
If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is a total joke. I started going in January of last year. The first three visits were basically for nothing. Then they have you fill out I t information about medical history and medications but don't read it at all. I take anxiety medicine and have been taking for over 10 years. I let them know that I took this medicine and was prescribed pain meds and nurse practitioner said I am going to put you on the lowest does do to the anxiety medicine. I was seen here for 2 years and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They go out of their way to help you, they don’t pressure you to do or take something you don’t want to. The staff is very friendly and warm. They treat the individual’s pain instead of a one size fits all like a lot of other places. I do recommend them highly. Don’t pay any attention to these bad reviews about The Pain Relief Center being dirty or the doctor and the NPs being unprofessional. It simply is true.
