If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is a total joke. I started going in January of last year. The first three visits were basically for nothing. Then they have you fill out I t information about medical history and medications but don't read it at all. I take anxiety medicine and have been taking for over 10 years. I let them know that I took this medicine and was prescribed pain meds and nurse practitioner said I am going to put you on the lowest does do to the anxiety medicine. I was seen here for 2 years and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They go out of their way to help you, they don’t pressure you to do or take something you don’t want to. The staff is very friendly and warm. They treat the individual’s pain instead of a one size fits all like a lot of other places. I do recommend them highly. Don’t pay any attention to these bad reviews about The Pain Relief Center being dirty or the doctor and the NPs being unprofessional. It simply is true.
I was with this office for about three years.And really did enjoy the interactions with the staff and the new doctor. The only reason I had to leave is because you're treated as a collective. There's one set of rules that everybody follows. I also found it hard to be seen when I had acute pain. I would call for an appointment for a trigger shot (if you're in pain management, you know) only to be told, there were no open appointments for more than 2/4 weeks. This is a very professional team of staff! The office staff always makes me feel comfortable and ready for my appointments, I appreciate each and every one of the team members at Pain Relief Center. Dr. Lynch and the rest of the injection staff is amazing and knows how to treat your pain management! This Is DONNIE FOSTER
I really love the staff. I always feel comfortable from the time arrive until I am done. I would highly recommend them!
