Never any issue
Always have had a good experience with Carolina pain and wellness. Ive Been a patient there since 2017. Have Always been treated with respect and compassion
They made me fill out alot of paper work. So I did then they made me pee in a cup. They were supposed to test me for drugs and pregnancy. They only tested me for drugs. Then gave me a dangerous med to take for being pregnant. The provider barely spoke English and wouldnt listen to me. I got rid of the drugs they gave me at the pharmacy because thats where you dispose of drugs you don't take or use anymore. But the staff keeps calling and harassing and being very rude to me because they want me to give them the pain pills tha... read more
I give 1 star because the actual employees they manage to keep are amazing. This company could possibly excell without Carolyn Davis, the owner being involved. I would seriously consider not applying if you have kids, you get minimum PTO and not allowed to choose not to use your PTO. If you go negative they will take money out of your check.
