I had been going to this place for almost 10 yrs. Betty had recommended me going to see another dr due to my pain level being so great. The new dr had had a cat scan done and found some really alarming issues with my back, besides discovering I had spinal degenerative diseases which explained the horrible pain I was in. Where to begin. Went in and was told I had abhorrent behavior. My urine didn’t show enough (I do miss doses of all my meds) and I didn’t have enough meds. I received a 112 count on the 6th and it’s usually 120. Was told I should have one more day. They changed meds. When I called to complain, I asked for someone to call me back and explain what I was doing wrong (I counted out the meds and it didn’t add to what they said). No one bothered.
