No one will call me back. I've been once and I've had to call every day for an issue and they always say "ooh we'll have someone call you back". They never do. They said they were going to have someone call to schedule an MRI, I had to call the office 5 times before that was done. They said they are were calling my medicine into my pharmacy. Awesome care by Dr. Aves. He is genuine and thorough with an innate sense of my needs, cares, and concerns reguarding my pain and its management. The added bonus is his Assistant Bethany who is prompt in returning calls and relaying medication refills and changes to the pharmacy. I recommend highly..definitely 5 Stars!!!!
He helped my neck and migraines so much and now I am terrible lower back back pain now. Sitting is the worst....which is what I do all day at work. Nothing is helping but I know Dr. Aves will. He always has!!!
Our experience with Dr Aves at Pain Relief Associates has been nothing short of pleasant. Unlike most in his field who just prescribe pills and (more pills), this doctor LISTENS and is truly COMPASSIONATE and is always researching new ways to help his patients... which is what we look for in a healthcare provider. We tried his new non-medicinal pain patch and it is working wonders for everyone in family! I Highly Recommend!
