Craig is great at Active Release Technique. I see him whenever I strain a muscle and he gets me back in shape quickly!
I had my first session today with Craig to work on my right leg. I have been limping for a year. My right leg hurts and I have been tight for years and now my leg can't handle my body weight. My session was great! Craig knows what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable. I didn't need to explain a lot. He can tell exactly what hurts. I certainly learned a lot from him. I can't wait to go again and I can't wait to bring my husband and my friends. He is a great gift to give to a loved one.
Incredible! I have had severe back and neck pain for almost 3 years now with doctors telling me everything is normal. (X rays, nerve testing, MRI, MRA).
