I cannot say enough about his skills! My request was for ART for imbalances created both lifting and my work as a cocktail waitress. I highly recommend him. ART is not for everyone and he certainly did not disappoint. I look forward to continued sessions.

Hands-down one of the best bodywork experiences I’ve ever had. Craig uses Active Release Technique, and it was exactly what my body needed. I felt noticeably looser afterward. Highly recommend if you’ve been dealing with chronic tightness!
