My experience was a good and a positive.
Dr. Palaia is very calm and patient. I've been seeing doctors for years due to my back and other issues and I don't enjoy taking the time to make the trips. In general I feel a lot of the effort is largely useless, particularly with respect to my back pain. This time though I feel that there has been some steady general improvement, which I hadn't seen in quite some time. Made an appt in December 2021 and met Dr. Kapner. Scheduled an MRI and 2 appts for January. I did the MRI and provided all the information to his office to get my records from my Primary. Had to cancel my first January appt but asked if we could do everything in my next schedule appt. I was told yes. Go to my 2nd appt and get stuck with a PA and find out they never got my records from my Primary.
