This office needs to be closed by the Florida Department of Health. It would get 0 stars if Google allowed it. Incompetent and rude office staff with little care for their patients needs. Every time you go you see a new doctor because they can't keep good doctors on staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Really? Did I just waste my time and money at a pain doctors office that I should have read the reviews and paid attention to 2 stars.6took a chance anyways. Rating 2 stars was a gift, but let me explain my brutal experience was today. My appointment was at 2 and left at 4 but in between that time ,I watched an anthesioligist, not a pain doctor read my MRI report,In his words, doesn't look to bad, didnt tell me that I have a herniated L5 and 4 disk, which 90% of my L5 has deteriorated. Degenerative disc disease ,arthritis, etc. O... read more

Horrible. Appointment at 9:30am, arrive at 9:15am, sent right into a room. Told the doctor isn't in but will be any minute. 10 minutes later I'm told the doctor is stuck in a surgery center in Orlando and asked if I want to wait. People work as do I so I had to leave. Doctor charges $50 for missed appointments. Worst part was when I said something the girl, Angel, said "yeah well, things happen sometimes". Totally condescending. I'd take your business elsewhere.

For some reason they can't keep a doctor at this location. The staff had gotten better with Dr . Subnaik and he was a great doctor. I've waited 6 weeks to get an injection and now that been cancelled because Dr. Subnaik is no longer there. The first 3 weeks was because they didn't send proper paperwork. Wouldn't recommend them.

I'm very disappointed. My husband had a procedure done and it took them 4 hours after to give him a script for medication. Then I come to pick up the script and they are not here on fridays but at the Altamonte location, but we were never told. So I wasted time from work for nothing. We will be looking for someone else. What a shame!!
