My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Alexander’s for the past 10 years . This doctor is very caring and does everything in his power to help you. He explains everything so that you understand your options in the different treatments he offers. He answers your questions in a way that you can understand . The staff are professional and treat you with dignity. I can’t express the gratitude that we have for Dr. Alexander. I’m so happy that we found a doctor who actually cares about his patients!
The staff were friendly and Dr. Alexander help me with my knee pain. I will be going back.
I'm praying that I'll be able to come back on here and change my rating. But so far, Doctor Alexander is amazing. He's the ONLY pain management doctor who actually cares. He listens, he cares, and doesn't treat his patients like cattle or drug addicts. The staff are amazing too. They're very nice. But ive been waiting almost 2 months for EMERGENCY MRIs. I call once or twice a week... and get nowhere. I'm in excruciating pain that gets worse day by day. I need help. I'm currently on the 3rd day of a complete nervous breakdown... read more
I wish I could leave a 0-star review, but to post this, I have to leave something. I'm not going into any detail, but everyone in this office, including the physician, should not practice medicine or even work with patients. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone. No professionalism and just disgraceful! They should be ashamed.
