Was my first visit (for consultation); the ladies at front desk were very nice, friendly and efficient. We had no wait time whatsoever. Dr Hurd and his medical assistant was professional and courteous. After years of chronic pain & suffering it’s refreshing to have doctor listen & understand. Didn’t feel rushed, answered all my questions & provided new treatment plan that I’m hopeful (for first time) will help. Looking forward to getting started and grateful to be under his care.
A friend told me they are good here for pain management. I have been disabled w 3 chronic conditions for 8 years and I need to be able to work part time to support myself which I need my medications to do so. I have been on the same thing for many years successfully. I called to make an appt and was flat out LIED TO by the receptionist who told me they dont prescribe what I take already which the person who referred me told me both her and her husband are both prescribed these medicines..and it is sickening to do this to suf... read more
This business is the very worst at communicating. You can not reach not one single person at their facilities. Left multiple messages for days. They are about as worthless as it gets! I would never recommend a doctors office that lacks in such communication. How hard can it be to answer a phone
Dr. Hurd gave me the shot on Wed of cortisone and a numbing agent it felt better almost immediately and with the Voltaran cream and celebrex my knee is much better. Will see him in 10 days and tell him personally thanks
