Office is a hard to get into since it’s on the 2nd floor when patients are disabled. The office is nice and the staff are friendly. The problems I have incurred are with the medications that are Perscribed (out of pocket expenses are very high even with insurance) and when calling the office for help my calls are not returned. I’ve had injections that didn’t help me. They might help someone else. I feel like I’m not heard by or not important due to my calls not being returned.
