These reviews are all so negative. I'm looking for a pain management Dr, but the patient reviews are disheartening. I mean a 3.1 wow.
The new ownership is solely focused on trying to generate new revenue and find new diagnoses. They are holding long standing medication prescriptions hostage without cooperation for their new desire for testing. They are expecting people with standing diagnostics to try imaging in areas unrelated. They are trying to solicit injections in unrelated areas as well. Money hungry and unreliable.
Worse office staff EVER!!! They don't answer or return your calls, suck at procedure scheduling, always billing incorrectly, and the list goes on. RUN FAR AWAY from this office!!! I'm a new patient here and don't plan to return.
My mother is a patient. And I had high hopes for her and he upcoming appointments. She was told she would feel better and gain a quality of life she once had. Instead she’s had nothing but trouble. Unprofessional staff. Not just to my mother but also to other patients in the waiting room and checking in… It's their way or the highway. I’ve seen all the responses to the reviews “thank you for your response” but hopefully the one star will help bring the rating down for future patients can be aware.
Great provider. Can't wait for my next appointment with him.
