This was positive experience for me.
Dr. Patel and this office is horrible. No compassion just pushing drugs. When I applied for disability I was told by there office that Dr. Patel never signs disability paperwork because he doesn’t believe in disability and that all people should go to work regardless.
Dr Patel is a great doctor but his office staff sucks they do not have it together one bit
Imelda or Emelda was rude, sarcastic, dismissive, and anything but helpful. Office staff has no compassion or respect for patients and will give you the constant run around just trying to get you off the phone as quickly as possible, hang up on you, etc. HORRIBLE.
