If I could give no stars I would. I had An appointment with them and then last minute after they confirmed my appointment then they cancelled it. The reasoning was we do do any pain management with pain meds. I said I'm looking to not do pain meds but that didn't matter they made an assumption about me with a chronic condition before even meeting me. Stay away do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
The worst I was paying cash and they hung up on twice repeatedly providing my info to a dizzy unprofessional secretary who answered the phone I do not recommend this dr
When I first went here Dr. Sharma was very kind and caring along with the staff, but as soon as they bought this business/office; she and Dr. Lee along with the staff how they have changed. They couldn't care less about their patients anymore and if you don't get these shots that she wants you to get forget about the cost then they just call you and say they have to cancel your appointment because we haven't received the referral yet and then just forget about you!!! Dr. Sharma is an unprofessional person who went into this kind of med for the money and not the otha that she took!!! It's such a sad sad thing nowadays!!! Only a business and not a doctor who totally cares!!! Please do yourself a favor and take your time to get a caregiver/doctor who totally cares about you!!
