The way you manage your office is the poorest I’ve ever experienced in a medical facility. Wait time is ridiculous, always get seen about an hour after my appointment time, and that type of a wait is just something that’s expected of your patients. Like you all recognize that you’re behind an hour all the time and don’t even make apologies for it or try to fix it. Not sure how and why that’s acceptable.

They are professional. The only problem I have is the running late for appointment time. Here lately they are always running behind.
